| 科目の目的と概要 | This class is a workshop that will help you write academic paragraphs and essays in English. It is not a translation class. This class will help you write simple, logical English paragraphs. This is a student-centered class. In this class students will do active learning and cooperative learning. They will practice writing together through pair work and group work. |

| 時間外学修 | Before class, students should review all materials and look up words they don’t understand. After class, they should review and practice all materials again to prepare for the next class. |
| 評価方法と評価割合 | Students will be evaluated on class participation (50%), and on their in-class writing assignments (50%). |
